During the consultation, we discuss your desired look and select the right hair for you. Then we confirm the date and time. Your appointment is confirmed after the hair payment or deposit is received.
We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payments made through Venmo are subject to an additional 2% fee.
Gratuity is not included in the service price and is entirely at the client's discretion. It may be added to the final payment or given directly to the artist(s) in cash.
Yes. However, I can only quarantee the quality, compatibility with my extension method, and final result when using the hair I provide.
Yes, our extension method is suitable for thin hair without damaging your natural hair.
In cases of excessive hair loss, certain active scalp conditions, or if your natural hair is too short (less than 2 inches).
No. The care is very simple, and you can continue using your regular hair products. The only essential is the right hairbrush.
Yes, with proper care, the hair can be reused multiple times and last up to 12 mouths.
