FAQ
Once the date, time frame, and booking details are confirmed, a signed contract and deposit are required to reserve your date. Your date is officially booked only once the deposit has been received.
Yes, we provide services for destination weddings and are available to travel to other cities, states, and countries. Contact us for more information about travel arrangements and related expenses.
No, a trial is not required, but we highly recommend it to perfect every detail of your bridal look in advance and help you feel confident and at ease on your wedding day.
We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payments made through Venmo are subject to an additional 2% fee.
The client who signed the contract is responsible for payment. Payment for all booked services must be made as one combined payment by the client or their designated representative. Bridal party members may reimburse the client separately using any payment method they prefer.
Gratuity is not included in the service price and is entirely at the client's discretion. It may be added to the final payment or given directly to the artist(s) in cash.
Depending on the details of your booking, additional fees may apply, including travel fees, early start fees, parking or valet for each artist, a one-day Certificate of Insurance (COI) if required by the venue, a Wet Hair Fee for wet or damp hair, and clip-in extension installation and styling.
Yes, false lashes are available upon request at no additional charge.
For styling, hair must be clean and completely dry. If your hair is damp or wet, a Wet Hair Fee will apply. If you plan to use clip-in extensions, they must also be clean, completely dry, and free of any previous styling.
Bridal On-Site Touch-Ups begin immediately after the scheduled completion time of the Timeline. This time reserves the artist exclusively for the bride and includes both on-site waiting time and touch-ups as needed. If a Second Look is scheduled later in the day, the time between the scheduled completion of the initial services and the Second Look must be reserved as Bridal On-Site Touch-Up time. The Second Look is charged separately. Any additional on-site time requested after the Second Look is also charged hourly.
Bookings may be canceled or moved to a new date; however, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new date. Additional cancellation terms are outlined in the contract.
